Service Description
All first timers must attend a ‘coaching for all session’ and get an invite from an eligible staff member prior to joining intermediate coaching. Alternatively, submit a video of yourself in a game situation at https://www.littlegiantsvc.com/games-player-application and ask to be assessed. Club has the right to refuse entry without a refund if protocol has not been followed. Please note that our Open Sessions take place in different locations throughout London. Please view: https://www.littlegiantsvc.com/locations for more information. In addition, for all indoor sessions, there are no bicycles allowed in the building including the folding ones. There are locking racks outside the building. DISCLAIMER: Please be aware however that if you turn up late then it will be down to the discretion of management or the person in charge of the session if you should be allowed entry, a refund may not be issued however if entry is denied.

Cancellation Policy
Our Indoor and Beach Games are available by approval. If you are interested in joining, please feel to book and attend one of our coached groups and ask the coach to assess your level at the start of the practice. Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. This includes tournaments, volleyball camps, monthly memberships, 1-to-1 sessions, and team membership fees. Games and coached sessions may be moved to an alternative date if we are notified at least 24 hours before the session. The new date must be within 30 days of the original booking. If a session is postponed or cancelled by our club, we will contact you directly to discuss the available options.
