Service Description
Glow-in-the-Dark Volleyball - Terms & Condition 1. Eligibility & Coach Approval Glow-in-the-Dark Volleyball games are available by coach approval only. Players must first attend one of our “Coaching for All” sessions and receive approval from our coaches that they are eligible to participate. Entry without prior approval may be refused at our discretion. 2. Booking conditions If a player has not received coach approval and show up on the night, no refund or credit will be given if they are deemed to be unapproved. Transfers of bookings are not permitted. 3. Dress Code (Mandatory) To ensure visibility and safety under UV lighting, all players must wear: White or neon top (strictly required) Athletic footwear suitable for volleyball Creative accessories are welcome - neon/UV face paint, glow accessories, etc. are encouraged! Players who do not comply with the dress code may be refused participation without refund. 4. Safety & Conduct Players must follow all person in charge on the day instructions at all times. Dangerous, reckless, or unsporting behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in removal without refund. 5. Equipment Only club-approved glow balls and equipment may be used. Do not tamper with lighting, court markings, or equipment. 6. Photos & Media The event may be photographed or recorded for club marketing and social media. By attending, participants consent to use of images. 7. Cancellations/Postponements (Club) In the event of unexpected cancellations, refund will be offered. 8. Liability Volleyball is a physical sport. By participating, players accept the inherent risks involved. The club is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage. Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness suitability, and insurance where applicable. 9. Age & Supervision Unless otherwise stated, glow sessions are open to adults only. 10. Agreement By booking a Glow-in-the-Dark Volleyball session, participants confirm they: Have obtained coach approval Accept these Terms & Conditions Understand that failure to comply may result in refusal without refund.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. This includes tournaments, volleyball camps, monthly memberships, 1-on-1 & team membership fee. Social sessions are exchangeable if we are contacted 24 hours prior to attendance at a social or coached session to transfer payment to your preferred date(within 30 days of the original booking) Little Giants VC will contact you in the event of postponement or cancellation to work with you.
