1. Tournament places will be played out.

2. Matches are played as per the rules on fixtures page.

3. Matches will start immediately after the previous match has ended.  There is a maximum of 5mns warm up time on court if the games are not in time- warm up should be done on the side of the court prior to the match if not enough time.

4. Please arrive 30 minutes early for registration and warm-up. 

5. No person will be allowed into the premise other than those who are submitted in the team forms in advance. 

6. All registration forms must be completed prior to participation (Registration Form Link). Once this registration is completed, please fill out the attached form and send to info@littlegiantsvc.com. It is compulsory that every team member reads and understands the rules and regulations and adhere to the rules on this page.

7. Players will be required to read terms and conditions and understand before play.

8. If the time was to run over at the tournament, the organisers have the right to negate the scores to be made upon their discretion i.e. changing the number of points to be played.

9. A couple of things to let your team members know, especially those who are attending our events the first time:

• Captains or the main booking person are expected to share the rules and fixtures with their team members in advance.

• We strongly recommend teams bring in their warm up balls.

• ​During mixed competitions, 2 ladies on court AT ALL times. When libero is female and is out of court, teams must have a second female on court.

• We won't be explaining the rules to the individuals on the day

• Pictures and videos are also shared on our TikTok/FB/IG  "Little Giants Volleyball" throughout the day.

• Please note, you will need to provide one of the following: a valid national ID card or a valid debit/credit card to borrow 1 game ball. If balls or equipment are punctured or ruined, it needs to be replaced at your own expense immediately. Please work with the organisers to figure out the right equipment.

• Please look after your belongings on the day: We ,as the organisers, are not responsible for any belongings.

• Matches are played as per the rules on fixtures, however if the competition is running behind time, please note that management reserves the right to amend the scoring system on the day of the competition.

• Teams are responsible to sort out their car park arrangements on the day.
